CIT receives a delegation from MOST on 19 May

Mr Eddy Chan, CIT, met a delegation of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), led by Director-General of the Department of Basic Research, Mr Zhang Xian'en, on 19 May. The key objective of the week-long visit of the delegation was to understand more about the local environment and infrastructure for innovation and technology in Hong Kong, in particular the development of state key laboratories. Other than visiting the related infrastructure of various major universities, they also toured the R&D Centre for Information and Communications Technologies, R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies, Nano and Advanced Materials Institute, Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.
