Guest speaker on the RTHK program “Science and Aesthetics in Sound”
Mr. Andrew Chi-ho Au, Head of the Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration (AUV) Laboratory, was invited as a guest on the RTHK program “Science and Aesthetics in Sound,” introducing audience to the work of the Laboratory, innovative technologies, research and development in the field of acoustics, as well as the principles and daily applications of acoustic instruments.
Hosted by Dr. Adrian Hoi-Chun Po, the Hari Harilela Assistant Professor of Physics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the program focuses on the science and aesthetics of sound, exploring the mysteries of the world of sound from both academic and everyday perspectives.
