With effect from 1 January 2026, the upper quotation limit for the relevant procurement of goods and services for the following schemes has been revised from $1,360,000 to $1,350,000. More details are provided in the relevant webpages -

1. Enterprise Support Scheme;
2. Public Sector Trial Scheme for Incubatees & Graduate Tenants of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation and Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited;
3. Public Sector Trial Scheme for Technology Companies Conducting Research and Development Activities in Hong Kong;
4. New Industrialisation Acceleration Scheme;
5. New Industrialisation Funding Scheme; and
6. Pilot Manufacturing and Production Line Upgrade Support Scheme ("Manufacturing+").
